As the vdeck control panel improves a lot, in the version 3 of vdeck control panel two new services has been added namely Account Management services and Reseller Account Management Services.
In the Account Management services there are three features present which are Online billing console (This solves the problem of monthly billing for the hosting, many of us have faced problem during billing when we haven’t subscribed for recurring charges, but now it can be solved easily), Online support ticketing system (If you not interested in long chat with the chat help support, then you can use the online support ticketing system just to send them your problem and check later for the solution), customizable control panel design layouts (if you are not feeling comfortable with the design layout of the control panel, now you can change the vdeck’s design layouts as you wish).
In the reseller account management services four features are present which are Historical billing records and cost breakdowns for each account (we don’t need to get confused when checking the billing records of our clients with the help of this feature), Detailed monthly invoices and printable receipts, An option for grouped billing and consolidated invoices and the ability to brand your client control panel with your logo, colors and fonts (This helps a lot when you want to promote your product through your client’s control panel). Unfortunately, Ipage hosting doesn’t offer reseller accounts at present, I will update this post when it does.
